Pricing

Priced per company, not per head.

Your crew count changes every week. Your bill shouldn't. Pick the tier that matches how you operate, add every person on the roster, and pay one flat monthly fee.

Questions

Why per company instead of per person?

Because a production roster is a bench, not a headcount. You might carry 115 names and book 20 in a slow week. Per-seat pricing punishes you for keeping people on file. A flat fee means you add everyone and never think about it again.

Do crew members need paid seats?

No. Crew log in from their phones to see their schedule, answer availability checks, confirm shifts and clock in. They are not manager logins and they are not billed.

Can I bring my roster from Nowsta, Connecteam or a spreadsheet?

Yes. Export it from your current system and import the file. Tinds recognizes the common column names, cleans phone numbers and PINs, and handles the one-row-per-role exports some systems produce. You see a preview before anything is saved.

What happens if I cancel?

Download a full backup and your roster and timesheets as CSV from Settings, any time, no request needed. Your workspace stays readable until the end of the paid period.

Is there a contract?

Monthly plans are month to month. Annual plans are paid up front for the year and get two months free. Enterprise is an annual agreement with a scope attached.

Where does my data live?

In a dedicated database for your company, hosted in the United States, reachable only by logins you create. Nobody at another company can see your data, and Tinds staff access it only to support you.
